Core modules

What powers daily ISP operations.

Each module shares the same database and the same contract record. No sync layers, no import/export. One unified operational truth.

AI & governance

Intelligence with guardrails.

Aelita is embedded LLM intelligence powered by Claude. She operates within the same permission boundaries as the logged-in user. She can draft, suggest, and analyze, but she cannot act without human approval.

Nineteen capabilities shipped today, organized into five clusters: customer-facing, field & NOC, finance & inventory, internal staff, and capability fundamentals. Every output is a draft. Every action requires a human in the loop.

Security and access control wrap the whole system. ACL v2 with dot-notation permissions and role inheritance. Immutable audit trail with before/after values. Mandatory 2FA for admin roles. IP-restricted access for sensitive operations. Note-area visibility for role-based view scoping. AI safety boundaries scoped to user permissions.

Platform fundamentals

Built for ISP reality.

Three properties that survive every redesign of the rest of the system. They are the through-line of why ISPCQ exists.

01
Deploy anywhere.
Self-host on your hardware, your VPC, your region. Or run it as SaaS while you build the team to bring it in-house. Same architecture either side of the boundary, same data model, same migration path. The ISP stays in control.
02
Multi-region.
One codebase, any country. Address formats, tax regimes, currency display, payment gateways, regulatory document templates: all adapt through database configuration, not code forks. Two production tenants live across two countries today; more in flight.
03
Configuration-driven.
Workflows, validation rules, approval chains, status transitions, escalation matrices, regional variations: all controlled through the settings layer. Operations teams adjust behaviour without engineering tickets. Code stores logic; configuration stores policy.
